Ross is a new mobility specialist with more than a decade of experience across both the public and private sectors. Holding a Master’s in Transport and City Planning, he has worked in a wide range of areas, including rail, bus systems, shared mobility, autonomous vehicles, and electric mobility.
Before joining Steer, Ross spent six years at Transport for London, contributing to operations, strategy, and policy across several major programs.
At Steer, Ross is part of the New Mobility team, helping clients understand, evaluate, and integrate emerging mobility solutions alongside traditional transportation networks. His expertise includes shared micromobility, car sharing, and the development of next-generation services such as autonomous vehicle operations.
