Adrian Leung is a management consultant with over a decade of experience advising public and private sector clients across the aviation, transport, and real estate sectors. He has led high-impact projects in demand forecasting, financial modelling, strategy and transformation, as well as aviation and competition policy.
Adrian brings hands-on operational expertise from his time as a Change Consultant at London City Airport, where he led operational readiness for the £36 million West Pier expansion and supported the £500 million City Airport Development Programme. His work also included long-term forecasting for airport-related real estate and continuous improvement initiatives.
He plays an active role in industry leadership, serving as a Steering Group member for the Airports Council International – North America’s Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Committee. He is also the author of ACRP Synthesis 140: Airport Parking Reservation Systems and Techniques, published by the Airport Cooperative Research Program.
Adrian holds a Master’s in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University, where his dissertation focused on airport privatisation.
Key achievements include helping to secure a total of $5 billion in bond financing for the New Terminal One project at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, and developing a five-year workforce strategy for the Aviation Division of the Port of Seattle, owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
