Jon leads Steer’s UK Infrastructure Transactions team, a group of 25 consultants providing advisory services globally in Demand & Revenue, Technical Due Diligence, Commercial Due Diligence, New Mobility, and Modelling & Forecasting. He directs complex, high-profile projects for public and private sector clients, with extensive multi-assignment experience across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and Africa.

Focusing on infrastructure transactions, Jon has advised on a wide range of assets, including roads, rail, trams, ferries, buses, airports, vehicle fleets, EV and alternative fuel projects, and parking facilities. He has played a key role in major acquisitions and sales, supporting clients such as Transurban, CPPIB, CDPQ, AEDL, and EGIS.

Beyond transaction advisory, Jon supports lenders with infrastructure refinancings, advises governments and multilateral development banks on project structuring and financing, and assists investment committees in evaluating the value and risk profile of potential investments. His deep experience and industry knowledge allow him to engage effectively with stakeholders and decision-makers, delivering strong outcomes for clients across the infrastructure sector.
