At Steer, Matthew leads our new mobility team working helping clients helping to understand and quantify how new mobility can integrate alongside traditional transport modes. His areas of work include zero emission vehicles and infrastructure, shared mobility and emerging services including Mobility as a Service, Mobility Hubs and autonomous vehicle services.
Matthew's experience includes assisting clients across Europe, North America and Latin America planning services including shared micromobility (bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters), car sharing, on-demand taxis, demand responsive transport and autonomous vehicles.
Matthew’s clients include local and central government departments and a wide range of private new mobility operators. Matthew is also Chair of CoMoUK, the charity supporting the public benefits of shared transport.
