What is involved in the recruitment process?

Each candidate will typically have two interviews that are usually held locally by a Business Unit Head, Director and/or a member of our People team. We endeavor to make decisions promptly and contact candidates as soon as possible after application and interview.

Can I apply for more than one role at the same time?

Yes, of course. However, you will need to submit individual applications for each vacancy you wish to apply for.

What career development opportunities do you offer?

We take the personal development of our people seriously and have a range of training courses, coaching and seminars to ensure we are doing what we can to assist you in your personal and professional development. We also run an internal technical training program with the added benefit of having industry experts in their field as trainers.

What employee benefits do you offer?

We offer an attractive benefits package for the relevant market and geography. More information about our benefits can be obtained during the interview process.

What if my application is unsuccessful?

If you are unsuccessful on this occasion, we will help to identify why, where possible. It also does not rule out applications for other roles at a future date.

Do you offer internships or work experience opportunities?

We do offer a small number of student placements. Usually, they are aimed at people who are doing university courses with a year in industry or an internship as a final part of their degree. We recommend regularly checking our Job Opportunities page for relevant opportunities and vacancies.
