The seminar, hosted by Bartlett School of Planning at UCL, focussed on transport investment and urban/regional development and was attended by representatives from the DfT, the Treasury, Network Rail, Crossrail, kpmg,  various universities and councils including Leeds, Kent and Blackpool.
