Rail expert joins SDG

Steer Davies Gleave welcomes Jim Richards as an Associate.

He will be based in our London office. Jim formerly worked for the Department for Transport`s Rail Division where he was the Franchise Sponsor leading on the recent South Western and InterCity East Coast franchise replacements.

Jim has over 15 years` experience in the transport sector that has included employment at Network Rail and the Strategic Rail Authority. Previously, he worked as a consultant in the UK and Singapore.

Jim will strengthen our team, providing scheme sponsorship and business case expertise for the rail industry.
