Steer Davies Gleave is part of a team that was recently selected by the Olmsted County Regional Railroad Authority and the Minnesota Department of Transportation to complete a Service Development Plan (SDP) and Tier 1 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIS) for the Rochester-Twin Cities high-speed passenger rail (Zip Rail) corridor. The project is planned as an initial segment with the eventual goal of connecting the Twin Cities with Chicago by high-speed rail service. We will work on the service planning, the preliminary alternatives development and the preparation of the corridor service development plan.
